IFS celebrates customers who make a difference

The awards recognize sustainability excellence within our customer community, at both a business and individual level, and provide an opportunity to celebrate those:

  • who make a difference
  • who raise the bar
  • who act sustainably

Winners will be invited to join a roundtable discussion and dinner in Dubai, host city for COP28 and 2 nights of accommodation are included in the prize.

Cape Air is pioneering emissions-free short-haul electric aircraft flights, embracing clean energy generation on-site, sponsoring energy efficiency programs for employees, reducing paper use and more.

Journey of transformation to a sustainable business

Tucson Electric Power demonstrates an all-round commitment to their social impact programs, by supporting and delivering well thought-out and successful workplace schemes.

The Judges

Stephen Keys

Stephen Keys is Chief Talent & Sustainability Officer at IFS. In this role, Stephen is responsible for ensuring IFS achieves well-being for each and every stakeholder in our business, including staff (talent acquisition, talent retention and development), the environment, and the communities in which we operate. As a passionate champion for corporate social responsibility, Stephen serves as chair of the IFS Foundation, an independent charity launched in 2019 with the goal of breaking the poverty cycle in remote and rural parts of Sri Lanka. Prior to this role Stephen served as Regional President of IFS’s business in APJ, ME&A. In this role, Stephen was responsible for growing IFS’s presence across the region. Before joining IFS, Stephen was CEO of Sydney-based Atturra. Stephen lives in Singapore.

Jacqueline de Rojas

Jacqueline is the President of techUK, Co-Chair at the Institute of Coding and the President of the Digital Leaders board. She sits as a Non-Executive Director on the board of UK technology business Rightmove; on the board of Costain plc, which is committed to solving the nation’s infrastructure problems; and also serves on the board of global tech consultancy and skills business FDM Group plc.
She is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion which informs where she places her support. Jacqueline was awarded a CBE for Services to International Trade in Technology in the Queen's New Year Honours list 2018.
Jacqueline joined the IFS Board as non-executive director in May 2021.

Michelle Lancaster

Michelle Lancaster is Director of Sustainability at Microsoft, where she leads the company’s sustainability-focused work with external stakeholders, as well as go-to-market strategy with customers and product development. For the past seven years prior, she led Microsoft’s sustainability and corporate responsibility communications and prior to that, led public affairs campaigns for Fortune 500 companies in Washington, D.C.

Sophie Graham

Sophie Graham is the Global Sustainability Director at IFS. She is responsible for leading and overseeing sustainability initiatives within an organization on a global scale. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to promote environmental, social, and economic sustainability while aligning with IFS’s objectives and values.
